Visiting Memphis from Uruguay until October 1, local recommendations?

Hi r/memphis! I'm based in Montevideo, Uruguay, and I'll be staying until October 1st.

This is my second visit, but last time I somehow spent a lot of time at Dave & Buster's, lol. I've already tried Central BBQ—what other local restaurants, activities, music venues, or hidden gems should I check out this time?
