Has anyone had e-infin buying experience?

Hey everyone,

I recently placed an order for a new gear setup (Sony a7R body, 24-70mm lens, 70-200mm lens, and a battery). A day later, I received order confirmation and eventually 3 separate dispatch emails showing that the order was being split into 3 packages.

Two strange things happened that I wanted to ask about:

1. Duplicate Photo Glitch in Emails: Every single confirmation email included a photo of the packaged items, but all 3 emails attached the exact same photo (showing only the 24-70mm lens), even for the emails listing the camera body and the second lens. Customer support told me this is just a glitch in their system where it overlays the same stock/first-item image across all emails.
2. Staggered Delivery: The 24-70mm lens shipped almost immediately from a European hub (Orly, France) and is arriving in a couple of days. However, the other two packages (camera body, 70-200mm, battery) haven't had active tracking generated yet. Support mentioned this is normal because those items are coming directly from Hong Kong to Europe first before being handed off to DHL.

Has anyone else run into this exact situation where every dispatch email shows the wrong/duplicate photo thumbnail, and one item arrived way before the rest? Did everything turn out fine with the rest of your order once the Hong Kong shipment cleared customs?
