Screen keeps glitching? And brightness doesn't work

My screen keeps glitching in the sense that it seems to be moving up and down periodically. I tried to fix this by updating my monitor driver and display adapter driver, but after I did the latter, suddenly my brightness couldn't be adjusted anymore (can toggle the bar but brightness is fixed) and my nightlight is unable to turn on!

I've done the ctrl + shift + windows + B thing many many times but nothing is happening. I've updated windows and all my drivers but to no avail as well. For one of my firmware drivers there's the yellow caution triangle- it says "this device cannot work properly until you restart your computer (code 14)". I've restarted my laptop many times but the yellow triangle is still there :(

I really don't know what to do, I don't know anything about computers someone please help! Lowkey I'm this may be a hardware issue too but I'm really not sure.
