BMS Panel Interview Feedback Timeline

I had a final round panel interview at BMS over 3 weeks ago and haven't heard anything yet. I followed up with the general recruiting email and the talent acquisition person I had my initial interview with, but got no response. Anyone know how long it can take to hear anything from them? I was interviewing for a lab-based position at an acquired startup.

I know that larger companies like BMS can move pretty slowly, but not getting a rejection email after 3 weeks is driving me crazy.
