Not sure how to explain this

So I had my first real seizure about 8 months ago at the gym doing a cardio session. I had an aura for about 3 minutes before I was unconscious for 10 minutes surrounded by paramedics. Since then, I’ve had constant nightmares about having seizures. In my dreams I can literally feel the seizure. Has anyone else experienced this?
