How do i know if im trans mtf

I have always been more feminine then most guys my whole life and I used to enjoy toys generally made for girls but I don't have dysphoria that im aware of i know alot of people say if your even questioning if your trans you probably are but I can't help but think am I really trans or am I doing it to feel different im lost and very burnt out from thinking no stop for the past few months also I can't tell my mom because she's made it clear she thinks being trans is a mental illness and im not sure what to say to my dad about my situation though I know he would be very supportive
