Shorted Meds and only got a small credit.

I was shorted meds on my shipment. This is my 6th or so vial and I contacted customer service hoping to either get a new medicine sent to me asap to continue treatment or a substantial credit to reorder the meds. For context I pay out of pocket and can’t afford the next shipment early. Really disappointed since I’ve been a consistent customer for almost a year.
