90 Sands Street

Just finished a tour.

I’m not higher than thou but I live in NYCHA and I’ve never seen a building as bad as this one.

Instantly greeted by people who hanging out on the stoop is their full time job. Smoking and all.

From the moment you walk in it smells of urine and other pungent smells. Greeted by a huge sign that talks about medication deliveries not being accepted at the front desk anymore.

The elevators wreak of urine and the floor smells just as bad.

The apartments are small. Good closet space but not much else. Views are nice.

Again I live in NYCHA so I’ve seen some things but this building didn’t feel clean nor safe especially as a woman.

Don’t waste your time, something else better will come!
