Help getting into part time work in England

I’ve been on disability since I was i think 18, I’m 22 years old now and I want to push myself to try work 5-10 hours a week how will this affect my benefits? I get LCWRA and enhanced rate of PIP. I have no diagnosis but I’ve previously been admitted to a PICU and the problems I suffer are hallucinations and anxiety. I just want something better for myself than what I’m currently living.
