Do you think ill ever find him again?

For some context I F22 used to talk to this guy M22 , when we were both 16/17 . So this is a couple years back now . We had a falling out due to the distance and not knowing where our lives were headed at such a young age and not being able to see each other . Long distance is so hard especially at that age . He M16 at the time lived in Ireland, while me F16 lived in the United States . Our situation lasted only a few months .We had a great situationship while it lasted but it was very difficult for us to not be with each other especially me i am a very physical touch kind of person and love spending quality time . I don’t know if it bothered him as much as it did for me he hadn’t been in a relationship at that point. Getting to the bigger point he deactivated his accounts on almost everything and i haven’t been able to find him since , especially because he doesn’t put his government name on his socials , he will use random user names . Its been hard for me to reconnect with him because of this and all i want is to talk to him again and get some closure on everything that went down and why he decided to deactivate everything . I just want answers . My question now would be how do i reconnect with this person if they go under weird aliases ? Will i ever be able to reconnect with this person under my own terms rather than them picking when to reach out again ? Lastly do you think its possible to find this person?
