Precision force lathe failing to fabricate knives?

Hi! First post here, cause I can’t find anything about this bug online aside from one Reddit comment 3 years ago where someone had the same issue

I have precision force lathe, parabolic muscular subroutine, and giant hands equipped.

Thrown slot is unoccupied but not being filled with force knife, tried uninstalling giant hands and unequipping my standard hand items, uninstalling and reinstalling all my cybernetics in different orders, restarting game etc, nothing seems to work.

Not essential for current build just weird that it’s not working.

Anybody have this issue/know a fix?
