The noise pollution that motorcycles and surrons make is crazy

basically what the title says. The area I live in is not a big intersection by any means but everyday, the constant noise of motorcycles and surron annoys me (ps no hate to all motorcycle riders. Most of the people who do are communal, extroverted and adventurous people likes to spend their free time with their motorcycle hobby but who probably won't stand the ones with the loud ass engines, coming from someone who has uncle and grandpa in the moto community). I tried informing the cops but you know how they are, they basically told me "we're onto that, we're gonna patrol around your area tonight, blabla" but they didn't do anything 🤦 not to mention that area I live in a hospital for new borns😢. I just don't understand why nothings being done about it? Anybody having similar issue around their area?
