Steering wheel

Hi! I have a 2016 Crosstrek and my steering wheel is peeling. It’s the finest pleather around apparently! Needless to say, I need a cover. Recently bought one off Amazon (https://a.co/d/06yXgnlg) but it is so thick and didn’t fit right. Wondering if anyone has any suggestions? If you can provide links, that would be helpful.

Also, I feel like I’m replacing the battery in my Fob all the time. Anyone know how or what I can do to resolve this? It’s like it has a mind of its own.
