Bleeding at 6 weeks

Hi all, I will start this mentioning I had a miscarriage in February at 6 weeks and now this is happening.

Monday afternoon (exactly 6 weeks pregnant) I started spotting brown that fairly quickly became pink/red. It has almost exclusively been when I wiped, not a flow at all until yesterday evening I passed a clot in the toilet, put on a pad, then passed two more clots last night. This morning I wasn’t bleeding any more and then today around noon I went to the bathroom and passed another clot. They were all about the size of my thumbnail. I am fairly confident I am miscarrying again, but my ob office is claiming I should just wait until my first ultrasound that’s not scheduled until the 28th. They said to go to the ER if I’m in a lot of pain or bleeding heavy. I don’t have any pain, and I don’t think what’s happening is considered heavy bleeding, but I don’t want to wait, obviously. What would you do in this situation?
