2019 Toyota Highlander

Toyota gurus, please help! I have a '19 Highlander that is having the dcm/SOS malfunction that's causing intermittent screeching in the front passenger dashboard speaker. There is a TSB, and the dealership said if I could provide the number of said Service Bulletin, they would replace the parts.

I'm not a mechanic and don't know the number of the bulletin. Please help!
