2022 G14 Driver Issue

I recently got a used G14 GA402R Amd Raedon 6700S and Im having issues with the drivers. It was fully wiped when I got it and I installed some games + ghelper. I started playing Spiderman remastered and it ran well but I got a popup saying my drivers are outdated. So I went on the Asus website and got the recommended ones for my laptop model and it bricked the laptop. When i boot up spiderman it just has crazy screen tear, choppy and stuttering audio, and horrible performance. Does anyone know why and can help me fix this? Thank you.
