FIDE test

I have my Fide exam in two months, I am aiming for B1. My main concern is the speaking part, which is causing me a lot of stress.

Has anyone taken this exam recently?

Is it true that examiners focus more on your ability to communicate and speak fluently rather than on grammar mistakes or using the wrong words in certain contexts?
