Help! Package Stuck at Chiang Mai Airport Post Office Since March :(((

Hey everyone! Hoping someone might have some advice 🙏

My husband and I prepared a BIG box — literally the biggest box they had — at the post office at Chiang Mai Airport to send back home to Australia because we may have overshopped a little… oops 😂 We also paid a pretty penny.

After we returned to Australia, my husband received an email from the post office saying they weren’t able to send our package because there was perfume inside it??? We’re actually a little confused about that too, because neither of us really remembers packing any perfume or liquids in the box.

Since then, we’ve tried contacting them back multiple times by email and phone but haven’t been able to get through to anyone or work out what has happened to our box. This has actually been going on since around March/April (ages ago, I know 😭), but we really don’t know what else we can do from Australia....

Has anyone had something similar happen, or does anyone know the best way to contact the Chiang Mai Airport post office/Thailand Post from overseas? I just really want my stuff back! I think about it everyday 😭

Any advice/assistance would be massively appreciated ❤️
