Ranting about Sticky Wheels.

This might be my skill issue, I'm just stuck at why does my sticky wheels NOT STICKING TO THE CEILING. Plus, i gave them a lvl 5 Engine with 75% power yet it ALWAYS falls...

Does anyone know how to make this wheel works... I'm struggling
