copy text to other side of object

Hi folks !

Still fairly new to printing, and am messing around with bambu studio to get more familiair.

Is there an easier way to copy / mirror the names of my pets to the otherside of the object ?

i want them on both sides on same height etc etc.

sorry if i am asking the obvious!
