None of my votes get counted

For some reason, none of my votes get counted and it’s not others countering my votes. I can make a post on my own profile and it’ll be at 0 votes instead of 1 when it posts. Same goes for comments. Do you need a certain amount of karma to upvote things or is there some sort of flag on my account?
