Is this the breakup call

So I've been with this guy since high school its been 4 years now in btwn we broke up for 1.5 yr and 5 months he broke up with me while i begged him not to and then he came back i asked me to take him back it's been 8 months again now he's repeating the same thing he did last time ghosting me not picking call or answering me he becomes so in love with me but when the slightest of fight happens he shuts me down completely for days doesn't see my texts or anything.

He even conditioned the rltnship to be private again bcz we had a bad public breakup .we are in LDR from the start now he ghosted me again for a week i don't even now where we stand now my body used to shiver after seeing his similar car in public, i even don't have any idea if we went to trip to Goa bcz he told me last month that his friends asked him.

I've tried for so long i never wanted to be the one to give up on someone he does these things whenever something major comes up like his bday or mine id why he gets cold feet.
