Borealis skins missing?

I got a couple of the borealis skins (Wuyang, Mercy & Sojourn off the top of my head) through Xbox game pass, and they’ve been missing from my collection from I’m guessing the start of the new season, only just noticed today when I played as Wuyang and noticed the skin wasn’t showing up as it’s the one I’ve been using for him for a while, looks like the other stuff is gone too (sprays, emotes etc). Does anyone know why they’ve been removed? TIA.
