what steps to take after getting the Associate certificate?

Im trying to build my portfolio from scratch
i have 0 experience in computer science other than the A-level itself.
i wanna get job opportunities but ik they wont hire me with 0 experience.
Please be nice in the comments i just want tips on which steps i should take once i get my certificate.
