Regret over letting someone go
Anyone ever regretted letting someone go over something that, with hindsight, feels quite minor? Something that could probably have been worked through with a proper conversation, a little more understanding, or some compromise, but at the time you just weren’t thinking straight?
If so what was is it I’m curious to know?
I personally haven’t been in that situation and tend to give people a good chance.
But it’s frustrating being on the receiving end of that rejection when you feel like things could have been worked through.
Even more so when you really like someone and you align on so many of the things that actually matter.
Ahhhh
