Indian women, do you think someone like me can find a genuine connection?

Dating

I'm 23M from NTR District, Andhra Pradesh, and I wanted to ask Indian women here something honestly.

I've been struggling to find someone I genuinely connect with. I'm introverted, 5'3", and not conventionally attractive. Most of my focus has been on my education, skills and trying to build a fresh business without financial support from my parents.

I've also had some difficult family experiences that affected me emotionally. I've dealt with family trauma and have sought professional help, including seeing a psychiatrist. I'm working on myself and I'm not expecting another person to fix my problems.

But I do feel lonely sometimes, and I really want to experience a genuine connection with someone — someone I can talk to openly, laugh with, trust, and feel comfortable around.

I'm particularly attracted to plus-size/bigger women. That's genuinely my preference, but I'm not interested in someone only because of her body. Emotional compatibility, kindness, affection, personality and mutual respect are much more important to me.

I'm open to adult women of different ages. I'm also not necessarily looking for marriage or a lifelong relationship. I'm open to a short-term connection if two people genuinely click and are comfortable with each other.

So I'd really like to hear from the women here:

Do you think someone in my situation can realistically find a woman who would genuinely want to connect with him?

Would my height, appearance, introverted personality or financial situation be major disadvantages when it comes to dating?

And if you were in my position, what would you suggest I work on to improve my chances of finding a genuine connection?

I'm genuinely looking for honest opinions from Indian women — even if the answer isn't what I want to hear.
