Need advice for career change

Hi, 24m, currently working as a CO at a Federal prison. I have been working there for over 2 years now, and I just don’t see myself making a career out of it. The options I have right now are local pd, getting my Masters in Social Work and trying to find a job after that, or applying for PA State Police. I’m open to any other jobs, but those are ones I researched the most about.
