Does any other illness have to take a decision like us (mech vs tissue)

I have not come across any other illness in life which have a catch situation like ours (especially at 40 - 60 age group)

Both decision are life altering ones.

There is no easy way out

Both decision gives you an opportunity to life and open the door for life long agony, stress, uncertainty as well
