ABEM certifying exam

For anyone that has taken the exam or has expert advice, is it acceptable to say I would use ultrasound and show US guided arthrocentesis for procedure cases or do I need to know blind landmarks?

In practice I never do these blind so wondering how high yield it is to review this stuff.
