NASBA rejection, no additional information

I received a status update from NASBA saying my application was rejected due to the education review. That it is now closed and I have to completely reapply again if I want. But no other information was given. Nothing about what education deficiencies I have. Is this what they normally do? That I have to reach out to them to find out what deficiencies there are? I have logged into the website and the app and all say the same thing. There are no details as to why. This just doesn't seem like a good system if they make you contact them to find out the answers.
