Legal Guardian is Confusing

Living with my legal guardian who offered to bring me in, help me with rides etc. I am being told to get a job (not a problem). I got a job 5 minutes down the road, after her saying she would be able to give rides. After a disagreement because i was accused of stealing jeans, she changed her word and will not take me. So I am forced to take Lyfts and use my money from the job for them. Ik it doesn’t sound major, but I’m wondering if she has the ability to do that as a legal guardian.
