Why is Pixel 10 Pro out of stock everywhere?

Owning a pixel 7, was looking to upgrade to pixel 11 pro but was disappointed about the specs and cost. So thought I would rather pixel 10 pro but the freaking thing is out of stock everywhere. Am I missing something here? And Am i right in going for p10p instead of p11p?
