Missed N400biometric appointment

I submitted my n400 form on the beginning of June. I went on 3weeks long trip in mid June. I came back from my trip on July. When i came back from my trip, I did check my mail but I overlooked the USCIS mail since I wasn't expecting them to schedule my biometric appointment that early. So they schedules me on July 13 and I missed it. I called USCIS to reschedule my appointment. Instead of rescheduling, they just submitted a ticket for me. I called them on July 17. My question is that I'm worried that I might not be able to get rescheduled back for my biometric appointment. Have anyone here been through this before? Could someone please let me know how long it does take to get it rescheduled? Thank u in advance.
