Hello, I am seeking legal guidance regarding a complex dispute with a major UK tech entity.

The Facts:

1. My account was hijacked via session theft; Valve Corporation (Steam) has officially investigated and verified the breach in writing.
2. The tech company refuses a manual review, choosing to permanently seize digital assets valued at $1,366.60.
3. Their legal counsel (Wiggin LLP) has formally refused a Subject Access Request (SAR), claiming personal IP/Login logs are "trade secrets" to obstruct UK GDPR Article 15.

Current Status:

• I have 22 active regulatory investigations open, including with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) and the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA).
• SRA Case RGC-000200263 is assigned to an officer (Andrew Anthony) regarding the counsel's conduct.
• The Equality Advisory Support Service (EASS Ref 260810-000062) has assessed the case and confirmed it appears to be Direct Discrimination based on national origin (RU/KZ), as Western players receive redress while I am denied human intervention.

Respondent's counsel (Wiggin LLP) stated in writing that my personal IP/Login history logs are 'trade secrets' under Article 15(4) of the UK GDPR and therefore withheld. This was used to frustrate my Subject Access Request.

EASS (Ref: 260810-000062) has stated: 'The less favourable treatment here... seems to be because you are from Kazakhstan/Russia as they do provide human reviews for those who are from Western countries.

Question:
Should I wait for the SRA/ICO final rulings before filing an MCOL claim for £4,050, or does the EASS finding of 'Direct Discrimination' allow for an immediate High Court escalation under the Equality Act?
