Help please

Hi, everyone! I’ve been interested in Linux for a long time, and about half a month ago I installed Manjaro, but I ran into a problem. I like to play games on Steam, or if my system can’t handle it, I use GeForce NOW. It turns out that on Linux, games running through Steam lag way more than they do on Windows, and I’ve started experiencing micro-freezes and lag on GeForce NOW. Could you please advise—should I switch to a different distro, or is there a solution?
