Benelli 302R a good choice?

Salam, I wanted to buy a sports bike in the 300cc range and I had only a few options to work with. My budget is around 12-13lacs so that entirely blows Yamaha R3 and Kawasaki aswell. I don't want to go towards replicas cause they have terrible resale value and are not that good in terms of sounds and other aspects. So my questions for the benelli are

1. Is there any other option in the sports bike category in the same price range that can compete with the benelli?

2. How is the benelli in terms of repairability? (Are repairs expensive? And how often should you expect something to break down?)

3. What are the common issues that come with the benelli that I should look out for?

4. What are the things I should look out for while buying one? What is the ideal mileage that I should be looking for?
