TTC timeline & high TSH

Hi all, hope you’re well. I’m 32F and my husband is 30M, and we’ve been TTC since November 2025.

We’ve had a full fertility work-up, including a laparoscopy and dye test, as I was unfortunately misdiagnosed with a couple of conditions at around 5 months TTC, which were later ruled out.

The two things that have come up are my TSH being in the 6s, which took around 5 months to get to an optimal level, and my husband’s DNA fragmentation being 24%.

I’m now around the 10-month mark and, if I’m honest, the statistics I see online about chances of conceiving by this point are worrying me.

This is our first cycle trying since my TSH optimised and after the lap and dye test.

Would you count the 5 months when my TSH was elevated as part of my TTC time, or would you view the months after getting it under control as more relevant?
