[Academic] MSc Dissertation Survey – UK Gen Z Hybrid Workers (18+, UK, employed, hybrid working)

Hi everyone,

I’m currently completing my MSc dissertation at the University of York and am looking for participants for my research into hybrid working, work-life balance and turnover intention among Generation Z employees in the UK.

I’m looking for participants who:

• Were born between 1995 and 2012
• Are 18 or over
• Are currently employed in the UK
• Currently work in a hybrid arrangement, combining remote and on-site working

The questionnaire is anonymous and should take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
