Is there a point to exclude countries/locations from purchasing anymore?

Previously, I had restricted shipping to a list of countries that were flagged as higher risk due to worse postal infrastructure, instability etc, however given that ebays international selling program handles all returns for you is there any reason to keep restricting shipping, or am I lowering my market exposure for no reason?
