Would you recommend joining at 19

I’m 19 years old atm just finished my first year of uni and absolutely hated it, doing a degree I’m not really ever going to use in the future and I’ve always wanted to do something in the public services. I can’t go down the fire service route because I don’t have a drivers license but the police force I might be applying to doesn’t require one for up to a year or something like that. Just wondering if anyone has any advice? Cheers!!!
