The minimum purchase value while redeeming each Gift Card is 2,00,000 of gold jewellery. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed against the purchase of Gold coins / Gold bars / Gift Card.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit notes.

Gift Cards cannot be clubbed with ongoing discounts / offers / promotional schemes and cannot be clubbed with the Redemption / Enrolment of Jewellery Purchase plan.

Gift cards are not redeemable at Bhima Gold offline stores.

Any unused amount after redemption shall lapse and shall not be refunded. The validity of the Gift Card shall not be extended under any circumstances.

Gift cards are valid for 180 days from the date of issue.
