Winchester 1895 Russian owners, ?'s

The rifle has been buffed/blued. No import marks.

It does not have the "Xn3" stamp on the receiver, but does on the barrel and stock.

Do you think the receiver stamp maybe was buffed out during the reblue?

Is it common for these to not be import marked?

Thoughts on value, factoring the refinish? Its done well, but a few scratches here and there.
