Mihawk had a bigger sword that shanks. So if you can swing it equally, a larger sword is stronger. Therefore shanks is stronger than mihawk bc a large sword isnt part of mihawk. If all it takes is sword length and with an equal sized sword it would be shanks. Then there youg9.
