CONSIDERING MY LIFE CHOICES

ok guys i need your help and everyone's opinions

so basically i am in the middle east.i gave bio,chem,phy unit 1 exams in jan...ended up getting a D in FUCKING PHYSICS EVEN THO IT WAS THE SUBJECT I PREPARED THE MOST FOR... i made a blunder in it so that explains it...anyways I LOST "A" in BOTH CHEM AND BIO BY 1 MARK!!! bttwww i should have gotten that "A" because like one or two of my answers were right but i wasn't given the mark for that ..so i was like okay i will improve the grade in unit 2 and unit 3 and i will repeat unit 1 physics...

then came war...

the enhance grading system was applied by pearson and all

since i was a mark away from A in both chem and bio ...my teachers said i shouldn't really repeat anything in bio and chem and let the enhance grading change my grade to A...since it is "enhance" ykk

BUT TODAYYY ON THE RESULT DAY I ENDED UP GETTING a B IN BOTH CHEM AND BIO NO FUCKING ENHANCEMENT WHATSOEVER!!!

i got 235 in chem and 234 in bio!! like broski i would've scored better if i gave the exam

but for physics i got an "A" which is fine now...but this chem and bio thing really messed me up

should i just leave it and focus on my A levels now or what do i do...i am so stressed and i also want to study medicine in either like italy,hungary or germany...i am so confused man i have been crying too.........
