Birthday gift for 11yo nephew.

Kid likes pokemon cards but I'm pretty sure it's because his friends are opening packs and showing off cards at school and camp. AFAIK no real interest in the show or competitive, just grabbing cards like "Oh this is a rare one!". I'm not even sure he's familiar with the names.

If I were to get him a binder and a box, where should I start?
