Best Way to defeat Count Ymir Melee only

I wouldn't be here asking for help if my damn PS4 hadn't pulled that "gameplay is not currently being recorded" making me lose the recording for absolutely no reason,this is wonderful,and also forcing me to do it all again because I don't have a save backup
