Pet insurance

I have been looking at different pet insurance policies and was wondering what companies do any of you use and if you have an recommendations? I was looking at getting insurance through Costco and was wondering if any one has gotten insurance through them? I looked at MetLife and Lemonade too but was unsure. It would be for a 4 year old male, neutered, Staffordshire, and I live in Washington state. Thanks for any help/guidance.
