Will I be able to attend classes while my SAP appeal is pending?

I submitted my SAP appeal weeks ago and still haven't heard anything. I received an email this morning that my fees are due on August 21st or I may be dropped from my classes. TAP covered most of my costs but I was relying on FAFSA to cover the rest. Will it still be possible for me to go to school while I'm waiting for an answer on my appeal?
