Would you say Ayanokoji could be considered evil?

So since he mostly doesn’t feel feelings,he wouldn’t enjoy doing any bad acts so therefore wouldn’t that mean he can’t be considered evil?Evil may be too strong of a word but generally I think you get the point I’m trying to make.
