Looking to join Forum MGP Cohort-14! Any way to reduce its price?

I am looking to join Forum MGP Cohort-14.
I have failed prelims for the 2nd time this year. I want to delve fully into the prep this year as I am unemployed for another year. I want to give my best effort, and this is going to be my first paid course. But I am slightly embarrassed to ask my parents to pay the full amount for the test series.
So, I am asking to see if there is any way to reduce the price?
